Learn how to prepare typical Ugandan foods by peeling, cooking and eat together. There is both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. This is a great way to taste Matooke (Green Bananas), Cassava, Sweet potatoes, Chapati and Rolex, Posho (Corn Meal/Ugali), Yams, Pumpkin, Groundnuts, Peas and beans & Vegetables.
Get to work with the preparations by lighting a charcoal stove and also help in the choppings of tomatoes, onions, green pepper to be used. Under the guidance of your "chef", several traditional and delicious dishes are prepared after which you share this meal together.
